We want you to love your Slip® silk products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully place the unused silk items in their original branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
